It was a windy day yesterday and a little chilly, but no matter what, we went fishing anyway. They have free fishing and a stocked pond. Well the only hit I had got away. Jumped clear out of the water and threw the hook. I swear as Ellery was witness to it.
We'll be leaving here around 12:00 and arrive at Bayou Segnette State Park; should take us three hours or so. We won't have internet so what I will try to do this time is bring the laptop when we go to New Orleans and try to fiind a cafe or something.

looks like the kids were having a good time.. ellery was in his element there. willow is learning too.. good for her.. the pond looked very nice... thanks for the update. will look forward to the next one with pics.. lots of pics please... have fun in new orleans now.. love mom
